Barnabas House
Following Jesus by Serving Others

A Partner Agency of the Community Foodbank of NJ -- Southern Division

Barnabas House was started by Resurrection Ministries as a monthly soup kitchen which fed lunch to the homeless & low income Atlantic City residents on the 4th Saturday of the month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. When Resurrection Ministries closed its doors in January 2017, St. Andrew made the decision to continue Barnabas House. Sharon Crosby is the new Director. Sharon has been cooking for Barnabas House for the last 5 years and her organizational skills along with her upbeat personality is an asset.

Working through the SA Food Pantry and partnering with the Community Foodbank of NJ, Federal and State food is received free of charge. Barnabas House serves around 90+ people per month.

Clothing is available each month. Donations of good, used clothing accepted.

Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer, please call the church office at 609-344-7333.
